Appreciate the humour and jokes, but cannot control the game
Surgeon Simulator is obviously made for the lolz and giggles. You can complete various scenarios in which you need to operate and "save" people by removing or implementing organs or objects and stitching them shut. A flowerpot, your tools themselves, everything can be used.
This game is entirely physics based, and one mis click let you drop the precious kidney that you were about to slam into someone.
This game looks horrible but is not made for realism or real simulation. However, the clipping of objects can be very annoying sometimes.
Sound wise, this game is nothing special.
What kills it, are the controls. Yes, the controls are bad on purpose, you control each finger separately to hold items and perform actions, but it is just unholy awful. I simply cannot control this. I drop everything, try to grab something but cannot get my hand straight, it is a nightmare.
I have experienced some bad controls in a game, but I think the controls in Surgeon Simulator, joke or not, are the absolute worst I have ever tried.
In the end, I cannot recommend this game from my own perspective. I liked the dark humor and the silly nature of the game, but could not enjoy and explore it, because I simply can't control the game and progress any further.
